From a bold idea shared by four founders in 2015 to a boutique consulting firm delivering impact across industries and borders, ON-POINT’s journey has been defined by growth, adaptability and deep client partnerships. Each milestone has shaped who we are today and together, they reflect our commitment to building something that lasts.

2015

Company Foundation

After years of running our own independent consulting firms, we recognised that sustainable growth is difficult to achieve alone. By merging our businesses, we founded ON-POINT – bringing together our expertise to create something stronger, more scalable and built for impact.

2017

UK Office Opened

A client invited us to support a transformation programme in the UK. To compete effectively with established local firms, we launched ON-POINT UK – delivering a successful engagement and laying the foundation for our UK operation.

2019

Singapore Office Opened

Following a similar path, our presence in Asia began when a client requested support for a major transformation in Singapore. We established ON-POINT SG – expanding our reach and launching our regional office in Asia.

2021

Düsseldorf Office Opened

ON-POINT DE was born out of long-standing relationships with valued clients. One large transformation project spanned nearly five years, and by the end, we recognized the need to establish a local presence. Since its inception, the team has flourished and continues to achieve great success.

2025

Geneva Office Opened

Our journey began in Geneva a decade ago with a transformation programme for a global private bank. To reconnect with our roots and position ourselves for future growth, we opened a dedicated Geneva office – marking our 10-year anniversary and a new chapter in our evolution.
