Kerstin is a project management specialist with 20+ years in the financial services industry. Before founding ON-POINT, she was Partner at a leading international consulting firm and later Head of Consulting at Avaloq, where she led large-scale business and IT transformation programs.

A passionate leader, Kerstin has a proven track record of guiding teams and organisations to deliver complex projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards – across diverse, multicultural environments.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Universities of Maastricht and Trier, with a focus on International Finance.

Outside of work, Kerstin is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for tennis and sailing.
