Our resumee after 2 years ON-POINT
The last two years, since the founding of ON-POINT in 2015, have been an amazing trip. We have learned more than we ever imagined, hired clever people to help with the growing workload, celebrated many successfully finalized projects and managed all the challenges a young startup encounters in the Consulting environment.

We grow
In 2015, we started with three employees and we are especially proud about the fact, that two of them are still working with us. Currently, we are working with a team of 5 partners and around 30 employees. We have 10 different nationalities in our team, 40% women on partner level and around 30% women among our employees.
Where we work
We are based in Zug, but we work mobile: We work either at our clients, in home office or wherever it fits best. We are very proud to have become a truly international consulting boutique: Our UK based subsidiary ON-POINT Connect UK Ltd opened on the 10th of July 2017. We are now fully operating in Switzerland, Germany and the UK.
Our most important figures
We have completed 6 projects since our founding, worked approximately 61’450 hours, organized 2 events for our clients and 10 events for our employees. The ON-POINT team has won 7 projects and lost 1 pitch, climbed the Swiss mountains Mönch and Jungfraujoch, walked across one glacier and is currently raising a total of 12 kids.
