In light of recent events, the ON-POINT team decided to begin knowledge sharing on a digital level and developed Kerstin's Coffee Talk series. In this webinar series, Kerstin, her colleagues, and other ON-POINT partners will be discussing important, relevant, and challenging topics from their daily business.
In the first webinar, we will discuss PMO (Project Management Office) and the – generally painful – mistake a project manager makes when underestimating its importance. We will find out how a PMO must be set up to successfully navigate a project.
