Senior Consultant (Singapore)

We are specialists for Avaloq. We understand the entire Avaloq architecture as well as the common IT architecture of banks and can integrate Avaloq (or any other IT system) into an existing landscape. As such we act as the interface between business and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and document the client’s business goals, objectives, and needs
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s industry, sector, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends that will help the client achieve its business goals
  • Synthesize findings into clear and actionable recommendations for the client
  • Design and implement creative solutions to complex problems
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control at every stage
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with honest and objective counsel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep commitment to their success
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and share relevant insights with clients
  • Train and mentor junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in new business development initiatives, including proposal writing and presentations
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm by sharing ideas and best practices with colleagues

Requirements

  • University degree in one of the domains: Business, Banking, Computer Science, or related business discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Banking and Finance industry or in the consulting industry
  • Good understanding of private banking/wealth management business processes, best practices, and industry trends
  • Experience in project management and software implementation projects
  • Excellent organizational and
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Good command of English (spoken and written); other languages would be an asset
