We are looking for a dedicated  Senior Consultant Banking who will bring passion and expertise to make our client projects a success.

You will fully apply your skills and guide our clients through complex consulting projects. You will work closely with them to analyze business processes, uncover optimization potential and develop tailored solutions that meet the challenges of an ever-changing market.

It’s not just about improving existing systems, but also about driving innovation and actively shaping the transformation of business models.

Your “must haves”

• A degree in economics, (business) informatics or business law with a strong IT affinity

• Deep understanding of the financial sector and extensive knowledge of internal banking processes; expertise in regulatory reporting, capital market products and lending is an advantage

• Communicative, self-reliant personality with strong analytical skills, a customer- and results-oriented working style and a mindset that sees problems as welcome challenges

• Experience as a Project Manager and/or Consultant

• Familiarity with core banking systems (Avaloq, SAP, Temenos, etc.) and databases is a plus but not a requirement

• German and English (C1 level), strong teamwork skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
