We are looking for a Senior Consultant who combines outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to structure, challenge and simplify complex information. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, programme teams and subject matter experts, helping them turn fragmented inputs, competing viewpoints and technical complexity into clear narratives, executive-ready materials and actionable decisions.

Your new challenge
- Partner with senior stakeholders, programme teams and subject matter experts in complex transformation environments
- Gather, challenge and synthesise information from multiple sources, turning complexity into clear messages and actionable decisions
- Create executive-level communications, including steering committee materials, decision papers, status updates and management presentations
- Develop compelling narratives, visualisations and dashboards that help stakeholders understand complex topics quickly
- Drive alignment across stakeholder groups by ensuring consistent, clear and effective communication
- Build your expertise in cutover management, migration, deployment and implementation planning within large-scale transformation programmes
What you bring
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, influence an align senior stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and create clear narratives
- Excellent PowerPoint and visualisation skills, including executive presentations, dashboards, process flows, timelines and executive summaries
- Strong analytical and structuring capabilities, able to bring clarity to ambiguous or fragmented information
- A proactive, detail-oriented and quality-focused approach in fast-paced programme environments
- Excellent written and spoken English, German a plus
- Based in CH and able to work from Zurich (3 days per week)
Nice to have
- Experience in cutover management, migration, deployment or implementation planning
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes and executive governance forums
